    Anything Can Happen is the best Tommy Stinson music since his band Perfect and maybe since Bash & Pop’s first go-round. While Stinson’s lyrics are a bit more brash than his former cohort Paul Westerberg, when he’s able to temper them with the right amount of pathos, the rougher spots become a perfect juxtaposition, making the lyrical.
